Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — Yasaman Sarrafzadeh has taken on a new role as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition (Middle East, Africa & Turkey) at Hilti Group, a global leader in construction technology. In her new capacity, she will oversee and drive talent acquisition strategies across the MEA and Turkey regions, strengthening the organization’s workforce capabilities in alignment with business growth and innovation goals.
With over 15 years of experience in the human resources domain, Yasaman brings a strong track record of talent acquisition, strategic advisory, organizational change, and leadership development, most recently honed through her extended tenure at Standard Chartered Bank.
Yasaman spent approximately 15 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where she rose through multiple roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and ultimately Head of Talent Acquisition for MENAP & Africa. In this role, she led large-scale hiring strategies and workforce planning across complex geographies while championing localization goals, regulatory compliance, and employer branding initiatives.
Prior to her work in talent acquisition leadership, she played a pivotal role as HR Business Partner, offering strategic support to business leaders across functions, aligning people practices with business priorities, and managing talent, employee relations, and transformation initiatives.
Her early years at Standard Chartered as Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager saw her drive recruitment operations and innovations across the UAE. She played a key role in building diverse pipelines and deploying smart sourcing strategies for senior hiring, particularly within the Corporate and Institutional Banking segments.
