Before that, he served as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at ROSHN, leading international hiring, global mobility programs and strategic recruitment efforts across the organisation. He delivered strong employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and built high-quality talent pipelines while driving continuous improvement across recruitment operations.

Yaser’s earlier role as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at ROSHN laid the foundation for his leadership impact, where he oversaw corporate recruitment, international hiring and key human capital initiatives. His contributions during this period strengthened the organisation’s talent acquisition frameworks and positioned ROSHN as a competitive employer in the region.

Before joining ROSHN, Yaser’s career progressed through influential HR roles across Saudi Arabia’s leading organisations. As Co-Founder & CEO of 8848 Consultancy, he delivered HR transformation, talent management, organisational design and global talent acquisition solutions. He also held senior talent roles at Bupa Arabia, AlAhli ESNAD, and The National Commercial Bank (NCB), where he led end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, training initiatives and strategic workforce planning.

His foundational HR expertise was shaped through key roles at almajal Group, Jeddah Chamber, Arabian Food Supplies and Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, where he worked across performance management, organisational development, HRIS administration, Saudization initiatives and internal recruitment — developing a broad and deep HR leadership base.
