Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2025 – Yashraj Kesharwani has been elevated to the position of Deputy Vice President – Business Strategy and Marketing at ANAROCK, recognizing his dynamic contributions to the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives across South India. In this expanded leadership role, Yashraj will be responsible for driving integrated brand strategies, marketing innovation, and competitive business planning across regional and national markets.
Over the last two years at ANAROCK, Yashraj served as Assistant Vice President – Marketing and Strategy for South India, where he played a pivotal role in scaling marketing effectiveness, boosting brand visibility, and aligning strategy with business growth objectives. His expertise spans across content strategy, product marketing, creative campaign execution, and category management, making him a critical asset in shaping the firm’s go-to-market vision.
Prior to joining ANAROCK, he held leadership roles at Xanadu Group, where he was General Manager and Brand Marketing Lead, spearheading brand transformation and strategic outreach across markets. His two-year stint also included a dual role as Deputy General Manager – Brand and Marketing, leading key initiatives across the South India real estate landscape.
Yashraj also held a senior leadership role at Shriram Properties Ltd as Deputy Head – Product Marketing, Business Strategy and Market Intelligence, where he brought valuable insight into product positioning, market research, and strategic alignment. Before that, he was associated with Puravankara Limited for over four years, contributing as Senior Marketing Manager and International Manager – GCC, driving international sales and brand strategies across Qatar and West India.
He began his career in real estate with Lodha Group and Kalpataru Limited, where he honed his skills in HNI and NRI client management, channel partnerships, and premium segment marketing. Yashraj holds a PGDM in Retail Management and Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions, and his deep domain expertise and customer-centric vision continue to distinguish his leadership journey.
