Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2025 — Jatin Shah has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Colliers India, further strengthening the company’s leadership team and operational excellence in the real estate and construction sectors. Shah, who brings more than 22 years of experience with Colliers and related entities, has been a driving force behind the firm’s project management, advisory, and technical due diligence capabilities.
During his tenure at Colliers, Jatin has held several key leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer, and prior to that, as Managing Director – Technical Advisory Services and Managing Director – Technical Due Diligence. In these positions, he demonstrated deep expertise in project management, technical leadership, design and construction management, and strategic operations.
Earlier in his career, Jatin spent over 16 years at Synergy Property Development Services Pvt Ltd, where he held the role of Director Developments and played a pivotal role in delivering large-scale development and construction projects across India.
In his new role at Colliers India, Jatin will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, expanding service capabilities, and driving innovation to further strengthen the firm’s market-leading position. He succeeds Argenio Antao, MRICS, who successfully served as COO for five years and will now focus on strategic initiatives within the organization.
A highly qualified leader, Jatin Shah holds degrees in Architecture, Engineering, and Business Administration, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
