Phoenix, Arizona, USA, July 2024 – Yolanda S. has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Televerde. With over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, Yolanda brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic vision to her new role.
Yolanda S. has been with Televerde for approximately 1 year and 11 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Human Resources Director for the same duration. In these positions, Yolanda honed her skills in executive development, operations management, business planning, leadership development, labor and employment law, culture change, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, HR management, nonprofit management, organizational development, performance management, and strategic human resource planning.
Before joining Televerde, Yolanda worked at HonorHealth as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a brief period, where she focused on organizational design, employer branding, and process improvement. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources Director at Southwest Center, where she developed a functional HR department encompassing recruitment, operations, employee relations, compensation, benefits, total rewards, recognition, payroll, FMLA, and ADA.
Yolanda’s extensive career also includes a long tenure at the State of Arizona as a Senior Human Resources Manager/ Senior HR Business Partner for over 9 years, where she was responsible for the overall effective operation of the Human Resources Department for 2400 employees. Additionally, she held the role of Support Services Manager at ResCare, managing and supervising the overall operation of assigned service sites, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Azusa, Inc for nearly 10 years.
