Deepak most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at MarketsandMarkets™, a PE-backed and Forbes-recognised consulting firm. There, he led strategic initiatives including fundraising, investor relations, and pre-IPO planning—helping shape the company’s long-term financial roadmap and high-growth trajectory. His track record in scaling financial operations and building investor confidence positions him strongly for steering Mastek’s international financial agenda.
Before joining MarketsandMarkets™, he held a senior leadership role at Square Panda Inc., driving corporate structuring, creation of international holding entities, and strategic expansion across global markets. His ability to streamline finance operations and enable growth in both B2B and B2G segments helped strengthen the company’s global positioning. His role in driving mergers, acquisitions, and capital structuring further broadened his strategic finance portfolio.
Deepak’s earlier career includes over five years with Motorola Solutions, where he served across roles including Finance Director & Head of Finance for APAC, EMEA & LATAM. He managed finance operations across multiple geographies, strengthened commercial governance, and supported high-value strategic initiatives. Prior to Motorola, he held key roles at Dimension Data, HP, Wipro Technologies, and Lodha & Co., contributing significantly to global financial leadership, operational strategy, and commercial excellence.
He also brings entrepreneurial and advisory experience, having mentored startups at Accelerating Asia Ventures and led Starperformers Consulting Pte Ltd, where he advised SMEs on financial transformation.
