Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Ramya Jayaram has joined M&G India as Vice President – Human Resources, bringing extensive experience across HR consulting, performance management, strategic HR projects, people processes, organizational effectiveness, and business-aligned human resources leadership.
In her new role at M&G Global Services Private Limited, Ramya Jayaram will contribute to the company’s HR function in India, supporting people strategy, HR operations, performance frameworks, and talent-related initiatives as the organization continues to strengthen its presence as part of M&G’s global savings and investments business.
Before joining M&G India, Ramya was associated with Deloitte, where she spent nearly 11 years across multiple HR leadership and consulting roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Director – HR Consulting, where she worked on HR advisory, consulting-led people solutions, and strategic human resources initiatives.
Earlier at Deloitte, Ramya served as Performance Management Lead, contributing to performance frameworks, people processes, employee development, and HR transformation priorities. She also held the role of Manager – Strategic Projects, where she supported key organizational and HR-related initiatives.
Prior to Deloitte, Ramya worked with Ernst & Young as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she built strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, people support, and organizational HR practices.
Ramya began her career with Lehman Brothers as Executive – Human Resources, gaining early exposure to HR processes, people management support, and corporate HR operations in a financial services environment.
