Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, April 2026 — Meena Sharma has taken on a new role as Head – Corporate HR & Admin at V-Marc India Limited, bringing extensive experience across strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, HR operations, performance management, HRMS implementation, compliance, leadership development, and change management.
In her new role at V-Marc India Limited, Meena Sharma will lead and drive the company’s overall human resources strategy in alignment with its rapid growth and business objectives. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, leading talent acquisition for aggressive hiring needs, establishing appraisal frameworks and continuous feedback mechanisms, optimizing HRMS and digital tools, leveraging HR analytics, and leading HR initiatives during organizational restructuring, expansion, and transformation.
Before joining V-Marc India Limited, Meena served as Group Head HR at UKB Electronics Pvt. Ltd., where she led strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Her work included talent acquisition, workforce optimization, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, HR systems transformation, process optimization, change management, and organizational development.
Meena also serves as a Virtual CHRO at Mentech Global, where she supports HR strategy alignment, hiring strategy, employer branding, succession planning, legal compliance, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks. She is also associated with WICCI – Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a State Council Member, where she has contributed to women entrepreneurship, mentorship, advocacy, business development, networking, global trade engagement, and resource support initiatives.
Earlier, Meena spent a significant tenure with Uniparts India Ltd., where she served as AGM – Corporate HR and previously as Regional Manager – HR & ER. Across these roles, she led HR transformation, post-merger integration, organizational effectiveness initiatives, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management systems, employee involvement programs, leadership development, cost-efficiency initiatives, HR systems management, employee engagement, retention, manpower planning, and ERP implementation.
Her earlier career includes serving as Executive – HR at Samtel Avionics Ltd., where she handled end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, appraisal coordination, training and development, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, HR policy implementation, and HRMS updates.
