Ravi Dahiya Appointed as Head of AI at Aventum Group

London, United Kingdom, April 2026 — Ravi Dahiya has joined Aventum Group as Head of AI, bringing extensive experience across artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, machine learning, automation, predictive modelling, business strategy, and technology-led transformation.

In his new role at Aventum Group, Ravi Dahiya will lead AI initiatives across the group companies, supporting the organization’s focus on strengthening technology-led capabilities across its global reinsurance, insurance, underwriting, and broking businesses.

Before joining Aventum Group, Ravi served as Global Data Science Senior Manager – AI Center of Excellence at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on AI-led transformation and advanced data science initiatives in the London area.

Earlier, Ravi worked as Assistant Vice President – Analytics at EXL, strengthening his experience in analytics leadership, business problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, he served as Head of Data Science at C the Signs, where he led data science initiatives in a healthcare technology environment.

Ravi also held data science leadership roles with Huge and Abtrace. At Abtrace, he worked closely with the CEO and led the data science practice, using NLP, computer vision, and other machine learning techniques to address complex problems in the medical sector.

Previously, Ravi served as Data Scientist at Nielsen, where he built automated model-building pipelines, automated ETL tasks, developed custom Python packages, and worked on statistical and machine learning models. His work included building more than 3,000 models and reducing model-building time through automation.

His earlier career includes roles with Olam, CK Birla Group, NTPC, Reliance, and ShARE Global. At Olam, he worked across data analytics, sales, and operations, developing regression models, automating reports, improving labour cost efficiency, and managing a large sales and distribution network. At CK Birla Group, he worked on consumer research, sales automation, new product launches, market analysis, and predictive modelling.

Ravi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
