Rome, Italy, October 2024 – Marica Morsa has taken on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Internal Talent Mobility at Leonardo, where she will lead talent recruitment and internal mobility initiatives for the company.
Marica has been with Leonardo for over 2 years, where she most recently held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing recruitment strategies, team coordination, and the internal mobility process. Her work included managing the full recruitment lifecycle and representing Leonardo at employer branding events.
Before joining Leonardo, Marica spent nearly 6 years at Capgemini as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she was responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with universities, and conducting assessment interviews to meet the company’s hiring needs.
Earlier in her career, Marica served as an IT Recruiter at GM Servizi, where she handled job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. Prior to that, she completed an internship as a Junior Recruiter at Major Bit Group, gaining valuable experience in job advertising and human resource management support.
