TACOMA, Wash., USA, EMEA — PeopleScout, a subsidiary of TrueBlue (NYSE: TBI), has announced the promotion of Jonathan Porter to Managing Director of EMEA, effective April 30, 2024. Porter, previously the UK Managing Director and Head of EMEA Operational Delivery, will take over from Andrew Wilkinson, who is stepping down after an illustrious 40-year career.
Strategic Leadership Transition at PeopleScout
Jonathan Porter’s promotion comes as a strategic move following his significant contributions to the company since joining in 2018 through the acquisition of TMP Worldwide UK. In his new role, Porter will oversee the EMEA region’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent advisory operations. His extensive background in finance and two and a half decades of resourcing experience in the commercial and public sectors equip him well for this leadership position.
Accompanying this leadership transition, Tim Powell, Managing Director of APAC, will continue to spearhead operations in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing his nearly three decades of human capital consulting experience from previous roles at Deloitte, Accenture, and Korn Ferry.
