In her new role, Yvonne will lead Frontier’s people strategy, overseeing talent development, organizational culture, HR operations, and employee experience as the company continues its global expansion and commitment to immersive, high-quality game development.

Yvonne’s journey at Frontier Developments spans nearly eighteen years. She most recently served as Head of Human Resources, where she led the evolution of people processes, championed a collaborative and inclusive work culture, and aligned HR initiatives with the company’s rapid growth and creative aspirations. Her earlier role as Senior HR Business Partner saw her embedded across multiple teams, providing strategic guidance and helping build the strong internal frameworks that support Frontier’s creative success.

Before her career at Frontier, Yvonne served as a Regimental Welfare Clerk with the UK Ministry of Defence for over three years. Based in Osnabrück Land, she was responsible for delivering welfare services and administrative support to service members and their families, fostering resilience and well-being in demanding operational environments.

Her earlier career included a role as Senior Customer Service Representative at Mercedes-Benz Nederland in Maastricht, where she managed high-value customer relationships and ensured service excellence. This followed her four-year tenure at T-Mobile UK as Business Account Coordinator, where she supported corporate clients through coordinated service delivery and account management.

Yvonne began her professional journey with the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, serving as Office Manager/Legacy Secretary in the Greater Edinburgh Area. Over nearly four years, she managed legacy administration, donor relations, and office operations—laying the foundation for her career in people-centric roles.
