Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 — Zara Singh has been appointed as Director of Revenue – India & South Asia at Accor, where she will drive revenue management and distribution strategies across one of the group’s key growth regions. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Zara brings a wealth of expertise in revenue optimization, pricing, distribution, and market intelligence to her new role.
In her previous tenure, Zara held senior commercial leadership roles with some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands. Most recently, she served as Regional Director of Revenue Management, South Asia at Hilton, where she was responsible for driving strategic business planning and revenue outcomes for India and the Asia Pacific Franchise Hotels. Before that, she was Director of Commercial, South West Asia at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she led commercial strategies across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, overseeing 35+ hotels.
Her career also includes international exposure, having worked as Manager, Revenue Management Systems Support & Training, Asia Pacific at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in Singapore. Further, she led market strategy at Marriott International as Cluster Director of Market Strategy, where she was instrumental in enhancing channel competitiveness and revenue performance.
Zara’s earlier experiences with Technopak Advisors, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Taj Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and The Oberoi Group solidified her reputation as a strategic revenue leader. Across all roles, she has been recognized for her forward-thinking approach and ability to drive sustained commercial success.
