NEW YORK, USA, August 27, 2024 — Zensai, the innovative AI-powered learning, employee engagement, and performance management platform integrated with Microsoft 365 and Teams, is excited to announce the appointment of Kathleen Lord as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With a distinguished career that includes pivotal roles at 1WorldSync, Skilljar, and Intacct—culminating in an approximately $1 billion acquisition by Sage—Kathleen brings invaluable expertise to Zensai at a critical juncture in its expansion.
Kathleen Lord, a veteran with over 25 years of experience in SaaS sales management, customer success, operations, and executive leadership, will spearhead Zensai’s revenue strategies across the U.S. and international markets. Her leadership is expected to significantly boost pipeline development, strategic acquisitions, new partnerships, and global market presence as Zensai enters an accelerated phase of growth.
“I am humbled to join Zensai and accelerate the Human Success revolution, furthering our mission to empower human potential by helping our customers, partners, and employees improve incrementally every day—their way,” said Kathleen Lord. Her arrival coincides with Zensai’s surge in market demand and recent AI-driven product enhancements that aim to transform the learning and employee development landscape.
Furthermore, Robin Daniels, Chief Business and Product Officer, has relocated from Zensai’s headquarters in Denmark to the U.S. to leverage his extensive growth experience from his tenure at category-defining companies such as Matterport, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Box, and WeWork, including two successful IPOs. “As we navigate a new era of growth and compete for top talent, our goal is to expand our platform’s global reach to help more employees advance their careers and thrive,” commented Daniels.
Recent innovations at Zensai include the launch of an AI coach and AI assistant in May 2024, offering personalized learning and skill development pathways to employees. These AI tools enable course generation from text, quiz generation from video, skills generation from text, and provide managers with actionable insights through AI-powered coaching check-ins.
