Alok Pandey has built an impressive career in human resources. He joins JNIL from Jai Balaji Group India, where he was the Group Head HR and HR Strategy for approximately 7 years. Before this, he held the position of Head HR at Bhushan Steel Ltd. for almost 7 years. Alok also served as Group Manager-HR at Bharti Airtel Limited for nearly 3 years and was in talent acquisition at Reliance (ADAG) for about 1.5 years. His career began as an HR Executive at Broadllyne Info Services Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, where he worked for approximately 2.5 years.
