Before his current appointment, Girish served as Associate Director at Cigniti Technologies, where he managed multi-million-dollar project portfolios, executed mission-critical QA programs, and partnered with executive leadership to elevate delivery standards. His ability to institutionalize test automation and develop enterprise-wide quality strategies earned him recognition for excellence and consistency in client satisfaction.
Earlier, Girish gained rich cross-functional exposure through key roles at CSC, Mentor Graphics, and Wipro Technologies, where he managed test automation, performance engineering, and product validation across diverse technology stacks. His early experience as a Lecturer at PRRM Engineering College strengthened his mentoring abilities—skills he continues to leverage in grooming next-generation QA leaders.
Girish holds an advanced executive certification in Leadership with AI from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a GMP-IT specialization from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technology-led leadership.
