Columbus, Ohio, United States, September 2025 – Exact Medicare has announced the appointment of Brian Robinson as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Robinson will lead the company’s people operations strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational culture, ensuring Exact Medicare continues to deliver strong support to employees while advancing its mission of guiding seniors through Medicare with expertise and care.
Robinson has been with Exact Medicare since 2024, where he most recently served as Vice President, People Operations. In this role, he focused on shaping HR processes, workforce strategy, and operational excellence, laying the groundwork for his promotion to Chief People Officer.
Alongside this, Robinson serves on the Advisory Board of Upwage and runs his own consultancy, 4 People Consulting, where he provides human resources and talent acquisition advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses. His entrepreneurial and advisory experiences have further deepened his ability to deliver innovative HR strategies.
Previously, Robinson was Head of Talent Acquisition at Entergy, where he was a member of the Human Resources Executive Leadership Team, responsible for talent acquisition strategy across a Fortune 500 workforce of over 13,000 associates. Earlier at Nationwide, he held leadership roles including Director of Talent Acquisition – High Volume and Human Resources Business Partner, supporting large-scale hiring and strategic people initiatives at one of America’s leading financial services and insurance companies.
Earlier in his career, Robinson worked with Paycom as Manager, Sales Recruiting, CIRCOR International as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract), and Nucor Corporation for over four years, where he advanced from HR Business Partner to Manager, Talent Acquisition. At Nucor, he spearheaded recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and military transition programs for the Fortune 100 manufacturer. He began his career with ZSG as a Recruiter, building his foundations in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Robinson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University.
