Milton, Ontario, Canada, June 2024 – Flavia Iuston-Blair has joined DSV – Global Transport and Logistics as the new Director, HR, Air & Sea Inc, USA & Canada. Flavia brings over 30 years of extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to this new role, ready to enhance HR functions across multiple regions.
Flavia Iuston-Blair has been with DSV – Global Transport and Logistics for over four years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Manager, Human Resources for the same company. Her responsibilities included leading HR strategies and operations, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
Before joining DSV, Flavia worked at Panalpina for 18 years as the Country Head of HR Canada. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing all HR functions across Canada, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Flavia held the position of Human Resources Manager at Fritz Starber (UPS-SCS) for nearly eight years. Her duties involved managing HR operations, developing HR policies, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
