Komal Sharma joins Unilever with a robust career in talent acquisition and HR leadership. At Unilever, she will focus on enhancing talent acquisition practices, building a strong organizational culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Komal served as the Manager, Talent Acquisition, North America at Piramal Pharma Limited for approximately 2 years and 6 months. In this role, she was instrumental in leading talent acquisition efforts for the North American market, ensuring the recruitment of top talent to meet the company’s strategic goals.
Before Piramal Pharma Limited, Komal worked at Cactus Communications for around 5 years and 6 months, where she held various roles including Expert, Global Talent Acquisition, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, and Senior Associate. Her tenure saw her leading global talent acquisition initiatives, managing recruitment teams, and providing strategic guidance to meet the company’s talent needs.
Earlier in her career, Komal served as a Senior Consultant at Third Sector Partners for approximately 3 years, where she recruited for CxO and board-level positions in the development and social sectors. She was responsible for identifying talent and closing niche client positions, conducting preliminary interviews, initial screenings, and salary negotiations.
