With a strong background in human resources leadership, Kylene brings extensive experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development to her new role. Kylene Hulst joins The RiteScreen Company, LLC with a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Norton Lilly International for 1 year and 8 months. During her tenure, she was responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that supported the overall business plan and strategic direction. She played a key role in creating a people-centered culture, driving talent development, and implementing performance management and DE&I initiatives across 40 port locations with 530 employees.
At ITW StampTech Fasteners™, Kylene was the Human Resources Director for 3 years and 4 months, where she led the HR strategy for the North American division, focusing on talent development, DE&I initiatives, and organizational development. She successfully implemented performance management programs and led a strategic communication plan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kylene also held the position of HR Business Partner, Saint Gobain, Global at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics for 3 years and 10 months. In this role, she led global HR strategic initiatives and managed talent development and workforce planning. She was instrumental in leading two global M&A projects and implementing a regional leadership development program.
Her career includes roles such as Human Resources Business Partner/Interim HR Director, Multi-Site at Newell Brands and Human Resources Business Partner at Pridgeon & Clay, where she focused on strategic HR solutions, talent acquisition, and employee relations. At Farmers Insurance, she developed core competencies and behavioral-based interview questions and led compensation projects for the business unit.
