With a robust background in human resources and labor relations, Jim is set to lead the HR function at Lincoln Savings Bank, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and supporting the bank’s strategic goals.
Jim Denholm joins Lincoln Savings Bank from TruStage, where he held various leadership roles over 25 years. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources, where he led initiatives to improve employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Jim has a wealth of experience in labor relations, having successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements and managed union relations.
Before TruStage, Jim held positions including Director of HR Operations and Director of Employee & Labor Relations, where he was responsible for HR technology, employee relations, and site leadership. His extensive career also includes roles in HR generalist support, employment contracting, and licensing, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in HR management.
