Prior to this appointment, Kavinder Singh served as the MD & CEO of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he led the company through a period of substantial growth and global integration. Under his leadership, the organization expanded its offerings and deepened member engagement, while also reinforcing sustainability and biodiversity as strategic priorities. He was also a member of the Group Executive Board (GEB) at the Mahindra Group and served as Vice Chairman at Holiday Club Resorts.
Singh’s earlier association with Pidilite Industries Limited spanned over five years, during which he held several leadership roles including CEO of Consumer Products (MNT) and Chief Strategy Officer. He played a pivotal role in crafting the company’s strategic roadmap, strengthening consumer brands, and driving market innovation. His leadership during that period was instrumental in positioning Pidilite as a household name in the Indian market.
