Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Arpita Gurav has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Unicare Emergency Equipments Pvt. Ltd., bringing strong experience across HR strategy, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, HR policy governance, training and development, employee engagement, internal communication, and organizational culture.
In her new role at Unicare Emergency Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Arpita Gurav will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on HR strategy and operations, training and development, performance management systems, HR policies, governance, employee engagement, administrative management, internal communication, leadership reporting, and people-focused organizational initiatives.
Before joining Unicare Emergency Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Arpita served as Assistant Manager – HR at CEAT Limited, where she managed end-to-end HR operations for the management cadre using SuccessFactors. Her work included payroll inputs, onboarding, documentation, compliance, audit readiness, HR SOPs, policy standardization, employee query resolution, and support for change initiatives in partnership with HR business partners.
Earlier, Arpita spent more than 15 years with Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., where she served as Human Resources Executive and contributed across HR business partnering, talent management, HRIS, engagement, rewards, insurance, HR operations, and compliance. She acted as an HR business partner for corporate functions, aligned HR practices with business goals, and supported leaders on succession planning, career development, and performance management.
At Raychem RPG, Arpita also played a key role in HR digital transformation through the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and recruiting systems. She contributed to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, onboarding improvements, HR audits, policy governance, leave management systems, HR portals, training coordination, pre-employment processes, and corporate administration.
Arpita holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Hazarimal Somani College of Arts and Science Jayaramdas Patel College of Commerce and Management Studies, Chowpatty.
