Arlington, Virginia, United States, April 2026 — Sherri Reynolds has stepped into a new opportunity as VP, Global Compensation Strategy at Boeing, bringing extensive leadership experience across global compensation, total rewards, sales compensation, incentive design, compensation automation, governance, and M&A integration.
In her new role at Boeing, Sherri Reynolds will support the company’s global compensation strategy as the aerospace leader continues to strengthen its people, rewards, and talent frameworks across a large international workforce. Her appointment adds deep expertise in compensation strategy and global rewards leadership across major multinational organizations.
Before joining Boeing, Sherri served as VP, Global Compensation at Smurfit Westrock, where she supported global compensation priorities following the formation of Smurfit Westrock. Her work focused on compensation leadership across a large global business environment.
Prior to Smurfit Westrock, Sherri was Compensation Leader, North America & Global Strategy at WestRock Company. In this role, she contributed to compensation strategy across North America while also supporting global compensation priorities and reward frameworks.
Earlier, Sherri served as Global Vice President, Compensation at Change Healthcare, where she led compensation-related initiatives across global operations. Her responsibilities included compensation strategy, automation, M&A integration, and rewards programs across a complex healthcare technology environment.
Sherri also worked as VP, Total Rewards at Interface, where she contributed to broader rewards strategy and compensation leadership. Her experience at Interface added to her strong foundation in total rewards, compensation operations, and enterprise-level people programs.
Previously, Sherri spent more than nine years with The Coca-Cola Company, where she held multiple compensation leadership roles, including Senior Director, Compensation, Director, Compensation, and Director, Field Incentive Compensation. During this tenure, she worked across compensation management, incentive programs, governance, and rewards strategy within one of the world’s most recognized consumer brands.
Her earlier career includes experience with NCR Corporation as Global Director, Sales Compensation Strategy and Governance and a long tenure with UPS, where she served as Director of Sales Compensation. Across these roles, she built deep expertise in sales compensation, performance-linked rewards, compensation governance, automation, and global workforce support.
