Santa Clara, California, United States, May 2024 – Anuradha Mayer proudly joins Infoblox as EVP & Chief People Officer. Anuradha is thrilled to be part of an accomplished executive team and fortunate to cross paths again with CEO Scott Harrell. She is honored to lead the talented People and Places team, making a positive impact on the company and its culture.
Anuradha’s most recent role was at Wind River, where she served as Chief People Officer. Over her one year and nine months tenure, she led all aspects of People and Places, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging while driving high performance and innovation.
Before Wind River, Anuradha was at Cisco for over 13 years. Her roles included Head of People & Communities (Human Resources) for Customer Experience, where she partnered with the EVP of Customer Experience to drive people strategies for over 20K employees globally.
She also served as Senior Director, Human Resources (People & Communities) for Customer Experience, Senior Director, Human Resources – Leadership Development Center of Excellence, Director, HR for Security Business Group, and Director, HR for Marketing & Communications Organization. At Cisco, she was instrumental in driving key initiatives for business transformation, talent strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Anuradha was the Director of Human Resources at Sun Microsystems for over ten years, where she played a key role in HR strategy and execution.
