Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 2026 — Celestica has welcomed JoAnn Chairez-Jordan to its leadership team as VP, Global Talent Acquisition, strengthening the company’s global recruiting center of excellence as it continues to support growth across advanced technology, data center infrastructure, AI, cloud, aerospace, healthcare, and enterprise markets.
In her new role at Celestica, JoAnn Chairez-Jordan will lead the company’s global recruitment strategy, identify specialized talent in critical markets, and ensure the Talent Acquisition organization remains closely aligned with Celestica’s strategic business goals. Her appointment brings deep experience in talent acquisition leadership, recruitment strategy, employer branding, talent marketing, workforce planning, diversity hiring, sourcing analytics, and global hiring programs.
Before joining Celestica, JoAnn served as VP, Global Talent Acquisition at Flex, where she drove the strategy, vision, and direction for the company’s global talent acquisition function. In this role, she supported Flex’s ability to design and build intelligent products for a connected world and led global hiring priorities across a complex, multinational business environment. Earlier at Flex, JoAnn served as Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition Programs, where she led enterprise-wide talent acquisition programs designed to mature the company’s hiring model and improve processes. Her work covered employer branding, tools and systems, vendor management, diversity and inclusion, sourcing analytics, recruiting metrics, and key performance indicators.
Prior to Flex, JoAnn spent more than 11 years with Dell Technologies, where she held several talent acquisition and project leadership roles. She served as Global PM, Dell Operations & Client Solutions, helping define and drive the global university recruitment framework to support university and diversity recruitment strategies worldwide. She also worked as Talent Acquisition Sr. Advisor, recruiting for Dell Software Group across security, data insights, mobility, connected devices, cloud, converged infrastructure, and strategy.
Her journey at Dell Technologies also included roles as M&A Talent Acquisitions Project Manager, Talent Acquisition Sr. Advisor, Technical Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Advisor, Corporate Services. Across these assignments, JoAnn supported hiring strategy for acquisitions, technical recruitment, corporate services recruiting, workforce planning, strategic sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment for HR, legal, finance, and facilities roles.
JoAnn began her talent acquisition career with Freescale Semiconductor, formerly Motorola, where she served as University Recruiter. In this role, she developed relationships with leading universities and built candidate pipelines for intern, undergraduate, and postgraduate positions across R&D, engineering, and business groups. She is also a Member of the Board at Talent Marketing Board, a community for leaders in employer brand and recruitment marketing at major global companies.
