Hamburg, Germany, July 2024 – Laura Zielinski has started a new role as Senior Vice President Group Human Resources at Aurubis. In this capacity, Laura will lead HR initiatives across the organization, driving strategies to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
Laura Zielinski has been with Aurubis for over eight years. Prior to her new role, she served as the Interims Lead Group Human Resources, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing HR strategies and operations. Before this, she was the Head of Talents & Organizational Development, contributing significantly to talent management and organizational development.
Earlier in her career at Aurubis, Laura worked as the Team Lead Talent Management, where she managed various HR functions, including people development and change management. She played a key role as a Senior Specialist People Development & Change Management, supporting the company’s growth and development initiatives.
Prior to joining Aurubis, Laura was with VTG AG as the Deputy Program Manager CHANGE and Deputy Head Of HR Development. In these roles, she led HR development projects and change management initiatives, significantly enhancing the HR function at VTG AG.
Laura’s career also includes experience as a Graduate Student Intern at Beiersdorf, and as a Human Services Specialist at arvato direct services Stralsund GmbH. She began her career as a Reservations Agent at The Westin Grand Hotel Berlin, where she honed her customer service and organizational skills.
