Nashville, Tennessee, United States, July 2024 – Christine Belknap has joined TruGreen as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive experience in HR leadership and talent development, Christine will oversee all HR initiatives, including recruitment, retention, training and development, total rewards, and associate engagement to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Christine Belknap has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TruGreen. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, she will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Previously, Christine served as the Vice President, Talent Development at Tractor Supply Company. During her tenure, she led the reinvention of Talent & Leadership Development, significantly increasing the number of leadership development programs and doubling training hours since 2019. She served on the HR Leadership Team and supported 52,000+ team members across the US.
At NCR Corporation, Christine held various leadership roles, including Vice President Human Resources – Talent and Leadership Development and HR Executive Business Partner. She led global talent management, learning, and leadership development for NCR and served as an HR executive business partner for the NCR Banking business unit.
Christine’s earlier career includes her role as Assistant Director, Organizational Development & Learning at Ernst & Young, where she partnered with internal clients on organizational development, leadership & executive development, and change management consulting.
She also worked at Georgia-Pacific as Manager, Workforce Programs, managing projects and programs related to diversity, mentoring, work-life, and benchmarking. Additionally, she held various training, organizational development, and management positions at SunTrust Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Frontier Communications.
