Greater Seattle Area, Washington, United States, July 2024 – Katie Cannell has joined Oleria as the new Head of Human Resources. With extensive experience in human resources management, Katie is set to drive HR strategy and initiatives at Oleria.
Katie previously served as the Director of Human Resources at UpKeep for over four years. UpKeep is known for its cloud-based Asset Operations Management system, which mobilizes teams and maximizes operational efficiency for over 3,000 customers globally. During her tenure, Katie played a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and mission-driven culture.
Prior to UpKeep, she was the Director of People & Culture at Superfly in New York City, where she led HR initiatives for nearly five years. Her experience also includes roles at Baked by Melissa as a Human Resources Manager, where she managed HR policies and systems, and as a Human Resources Associate.
