Saahil will lead Honasa’s colour cosmetics and prestige skincare portfolio, bringing extensive leadership experience across both categories to drive the next phase of growth. In his role, he will spearhead the growth and strategic direction of the portfolio with a focus on scaling brand presence, strengthening go-to-market strategy, and shaping the next phase of the consumer journey.
Saahil brings over 15 years of experience across beauty, personal care, luxury, and lifestyle, with deep expertise in building and scaling consumer brands across different stages of growth. Most recently, as CEO of Mila Beauté, he led the brand through a phase of accelerated growth and expansion in India’s fast-evolving beauty market. Prior to this, he served as CEO at Swiss Beauty, where he played a key role in strengthening the brand’s position in the highly competitive colour cosmetics segment.
Prior to this, he has worked with luxury brands such as Kama Ayurveda, Versace, Roberto Cavalli, and Missoni, building strong expertise across e-commerce, consumer strategy, brand development, and business transformation, along with a deep understanding of India’s evolving beauty and personal care landscape. Saahil is a seasoned business leader who has been recognised across the industry for his leadership and impact, including being featured in Times 40 Under 40, ET Global 100 Indian Leaders, BW 40 Under 40, and receiving the India Business Award for Most Influential Leader.
