Saahil brings over 15 years of experience across beauty, personal care, luxury, and lifestyle, with deep expertise in building and scaling consumer brands across different stages of growth. Most recently, as CEO of Mila Beauté, he led the brand through a phase of accelerated growth and expansion in India’s fast-evolving beauty market. Prior to this, he served as CEO at Swiss Beauty, where he played a key role in strengthening the brand’s position in the highly competitive colour cosmetics segment.

Prior to this, he has worked with luxury brands such as Kama Ayurveda, Versace, Roberto Cavalli, and Missoni, building strong expertise across e-commerce, consumer strategy, brand development, and business transformation, along with a deep understanding of India’s evolving beauty and personal care landscape. Saahil is a seasoned business leader who has been recognised across the industry for his leadership and impact, including being featured in Times 40 Under 40, ET Global 100 Indian Leaders, BW 40 Under 40, and receiving the India Business Award for Most Influential Leader.

Commenting on the appointment, Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO, Honasa Consumer Limited, said, ““At Honasa, we are building brands for the next decade — brands that are deeply rooted in evolving consumer behaviour, culture, and aspirations. As we scale our portfolio, we are equally focused on identifying leaders who understand the playbook of building future-ready brands, have a sharp understanding of consumers, and bring the vision to create enduring businesses. Saahil brings a strong combination of category expertise, strategic thinking, and brand-building experience, and we are excited to have him lead the next phase of growth across our colour cosmetics and prestige skincare portfolio.”

Commenting on joining Honasa, Saahil Nayar said, “I’ve always been deeply passionate about the beauty and personal care industry because of how closely it evolves with changing consumer behaviour, culture, and innovation. What excites me most is building consumer-first brands that are not only relevant for today, but are also shaping the future of the category. Joining Honasa is especially exciting because of its strong tech-first approach, deep understanding of digital consumers, and its vision of building a powerful house of brands for the next generation of Indian consumers. I look forward to contributing to this journey and building meaningful brands that consumers truly connect with.”

With a portfolio of category-leading brands across beauty and personal care, Honasa Consumer Limited continues to focus on building purpose-led brands powered by consumer insights, innovation, and digital-first capabilities. The company remains committed to identifying emerging consumer opportunities and creating brands that cater to the evolving aspirations of Indian consumers.
