Edina, Minnesota, United States, August 2024 – Trina Justman has been promoted to Director of People at Blue Zones, a company dedicated to improving longevity and well-being based on global best practices. In her new role, Trina will lead the people strategy, ensuring that Blue Zones continues to foster a culture of well-being and employee engagement.
Prior to her promotion, Trina served as the Director of Associate Well-being at Blue Zones. During her time in this role, she was instrumental in developing initiatives that enhanced the well-being of associates across the organization, contributing to a healthier and more productive work environment.
Before joining Blue Zones, Trina was the Director of Well-being at Adventist Health. In this position, she played a key role in supporting the well-being of associates at Adventist Health St. Helena, focusing on initiatives that helped employees live better and longer lives.
Earlier in her career, Trina was the Engagement Lead for Blue Zones Project Upper Napa Valley, where she led community engagement efforts to integrate Blue Zones principles into the local environment. Her work included organizing events, creating marketing content, and fostering social connections within the community.
Trina has also held the position of Engagement Lead at Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam and Sharecare’s Blue Zones Project in Dodge County, WI. In these roles, she was responsible for driving community engagement through activities and workshops designed to promote longevity and well-being.
