Durham, England, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Kaytlyn Young has embarked on a new role as the Director, People at Upshop, where she will oversee the company’s people strategy, driving initiatives that support employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Upshop, Kaytlyn served as Senior HR Manager at Upshop for eight months, where she led human resources initiatives and played a crucial role in enhancing HR operations.
Before that, she was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Invafresh for nearly three years, where she managed HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Kaytlyn held the position of Human Resources Manager at Blooming Acres, where she was responsible for the overall HR operations, including compliance, benefits, and employee engagement.
Kaytlyn’s experience also includes a significant tenure at G Adventures as a Talent Partner (HR Business Partner), where she provided HR support across multiple regions, managed recruitment, and implemented performance management strategies.
In addition to these roles, Kaytlyn has built a strong foundation in HR and talent management, with previous positions at Sporting Life and other organizations, where she gained extensive experience in training, development, and team leadership.
