Bangkok City, Thailand, August 2024 – Krasae Denpairojsak has started a new role as the Director of the People Department at Vietjet Air Thailand. In this position, Krasae will be responsible for leading the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development to support the airline’s expanding operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Career Journey: Before joining Vietjet Air Thailand, Krasae served as the Human Resources Director at BBN Airlines Thailand for six months, where he was instrumental in establishing HR policies and driving workforce management initiatives.
Earlier, Krasae worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a freelance basis for two years, offering strategic HR solutions and advising various organizations across Thailand.
He also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at All Inspire Development PCL for over three years, where he oversaw the HR function during a period of significant company growth.
