Calgary, Alberta, Canada, August 2024 – Karen Nicastro has taken on the role of Regional Director, People & Culture at Paladin Security Group Ltd. In this position, Karen will oversee HR operations, driving strategic initiatives in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture across the region.
Prior to joining Paladin Security Group Ltd, Karen served as Regional HR Manager for Hudson’s Bay, SAKS, OFF 5th, and Home Outfitters at Hudson’s Bay Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in leading HR functions across Western Canada, focusing on performance management, relationship building, and employee satisfaction.
Karen also held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Hudson’s Bay Company – Saks Off5th, where she managed HR operations for both Canada and the Western USA, delivering on key HR strategies and enhancing workforce productivity.
Earlier in her career, she was the Regional Human Resources Coordinator at Hudson’s Bay Company, coordinating HR activities across Western Canada and gaining valuable experience in HR management.
