In her new role, Anumeha will lead PwC India’s People and Organisation Consulting business, overseeing initiatives across workforce transformation, people strategy, organizational redesign, HR technology advisory, talent management, rewards transformation, and future-of-work solutions. She will work closely with clients across industries to help organizations navigate evolving workforce challenges, digital disruption, AI-led transformation, and changing talent dynamics.

Anumeha brings nearly two decades of experience spanning consulting, human capital strategy, organizational effectiveness, rewards, talent management, HR transformation, and workforce advisory. Her appointment reflects both her strong leadership credentials and PwC’s continued focus on expanding its people and organization consulting capabilities amid rapidly evolving business environments.

Since rejoining PwC, Anumeha has progressed through several leadership positions, including Executive Director and Partner. During this period, she has played a pivotal role in building client relationships, expanding consulting capabilities, driving business growth, and delivering transformative people and organization solutions across multiple sectors.

Prior to her current role, she served as Director at PwC India, where she advised leading organizations on workforce transformation, organizational design, rewards strategy, talent management, HR operating models, and large-scale transformation programs.

Before returning to consulting, Anumeha spent over three years with Bharti Group companies, including Airtel and Bharti Enterprises. At Airtel, she led key initiatives across performance management, total rewards, compensation strategy, incentive design, organizational effectiveness, and workforce productivity. She was responsible for several enterprise-wide programs, including annual compensation reviews, leadership rewards frameworks, retention strategies, recognition programs, and organizational design interventions.

At Bharti Enterprises, she worked on organization effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, employee value proposition design, and enterprise-wide people initiatives that supported business growth and leadership capability building.

Earlier in her career, Anumeha spent more than four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ People and Change Advisory practice, where she advised organizations across India and South Asia on organization design, compensation and benefits strategy, HR transformation, post-merger integration, workforce restructuring, and human capital effectiveness.

Over the years, she has developed deep expertise across workforce transformation, organizational design, rewards and compensation, HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, change management, HR technology, operating model redesign, and strategic workforce planning. Her ability to combine business strategy with people transformation has helped organizations build more agile, productive, and future-ready workforces.

Her elevation comes at a time when organizations globally are redefining workforce strategies in response to artificial intelligence, automation, evolving employee expectations, skills transformation, and new operating models. As Head of People and Organisation Consulting, Anumeha will play a critical role in helping clients navigate these challenges while creating sustainable people-centric growth strategies.
