TORONTO, Canada, January 2025 – Peoples Group is delighted to announce that Katerina Goros will be joining the organization’s executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective Monday, January 20th.

Katerina brings more than 20 years of expertise in financial services and information technology, having held pivotal roles in Human Resources, Business Transformation, Finance and Sales leadership. She has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at PureFacts Financial Solutions and Head of Human Resources at Euna Solutions, and for 14 years held various executive positions at RBC Banking and RBC Insurance. Before her tenure at RBC, Katerina worked at IBM in Human Resources and Finance.
Katerina is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She served on the Human Resources and Finance Committee of the Board at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
