In her new role, Emily will report to Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, SVP, Global General Manager at M•A•C Cosmetics, and will be responsible for steering the brand’s global marketing strategies across all product categories and distribution channels.
Emily Bromfield joins M•A•C with a rich background in beauty marketing, marked by her tenure as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Dr. Barbara Sturm, where she played a crucial role in the brand’s rapid growth and subsequent acquisition in January 2024. Before that, Emily was a key member of the founding team at Charlotte Tilbury Ltd, significantly shaping the brand’s market entry strategy, brand positioning, and social media approach. Her recognized strategic vision and innovative marketing methods have earned her accolades, including being named a 2023 Top Marketer by Glossy.
In her role at M•A•C, Emily aims to apply her disruptive mindset and consumer-centric approach to broaden M•A•C’s reach and enhance its appeal in both established and emerging markets. Her leadership is expected to drive forward compelling storytelling, product innovation, and immersive brand experiences that will further solidify the brand’s global position and increase consumer engagement. Emily will also collaborate closely with all M•A•C regions and affiliates worldwide.
