In his most recent assignment prior to joining NDTV, Akhil Gupta spent over three years with Adani Enterprises Limited, where he served as BU Finance Controller. Based in Ahmedabad, he played a critical role in strengthening financial governance, overseeing bookkeeping and audits, supporting board processes, managing working capital, and ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax frameworks. Before his tenure with the Adani Group, Gupta held a senior leadership role at Zydus Cadila Healthcare Limited, where he led Investor Relations, FP&A, and Internal Audit for close to two years.
