Charleston, South Carolina, United States, February 2025 – John Rogers has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SIB Fixed Cost Reduction. In this role, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development to support SIB’s continued growth and expansion.
Prior to joining SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, John Rogers served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cotiviti for nearly six years. In this role, he was instrumental in designing and implementing HR strategies that enhanced workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
Before Cotiviti, John Rogers held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at SPH Analytics for over a year, where he played a key role in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR process optimization.
Earlier in his career, John Rogers was Vice President of Human Resources at Bridge2 Solutions, a private equity-backed financial technology e-commerce software company, for nearly six years. During this time, he built the HR and recruitment functions from the ground up, led strategic workforce planning, and implemented employee engagement programs that significantly reduced turnover.
His experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at MedAssets for nearly four years, where he managed a team responsible for filling over 850 positions annually and played a critical role in employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Additionally, John Rogers held key leadership roles in executive search firms such as Search Management International and Corporate TRACS, where he specialized in retained executive search and talent acquisition for Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. His early career includes HR leadership roles at PwC and a tenure as a Stockbroker at Edward Jones.
