Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Shuchi Choubey has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Realistic Realtors and Reach Group. In her new role, she will oversee the HR strategy and operations, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the companies.
Prior to joining Realistic Realtors and Reach Group, Shuchi Choubey served as Director – Human Resources at ANAROCK Property Consultants Private Limited for nearly eight years, where she played a key role in driving HR initiatives and talent strategies.
Before that, she was the Circle Head – HR Delhi & Rajasthan at Reliance Communications for over three years, where she was responsible for overseeing HR functions for multiple business verticals, including mobility, enterprise, and home services.
She also worked with Barclays for over three years, holding key HR leadership roles, including Associate Vice President (Business HR), where she led HR strategies for Barclaycard. She also managed HR Strategy & Projects, driving initiatives like employee engagement surveys, talent management frameworks, and structure optimization projects.
Earlier in her career, Shuchi Choubey held senior HR leadership roles at Marriott International, First Gulf Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Airtel, contributing to HR strategy, compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition across multiple industries.
