Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, February 2025 – Renata Andres has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer Europe at The Greenbrier Companies. Renata will lead HR initiatives across Europe, focusing on organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement to align with Greenbrier’s strategic vision as a global leader in rail transportation equipment and services.
Renata brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to her role at The Greenbrier Companies. Most recently, she served as HR Director Eastern Europe & Emerging Markets at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she managed complex HR operations and initiatives across diverse geographies, including Europe and the Middle East. Her tenure at Goodyear spanned over 13 years, during which she held multiple leadership roles such as HR Director Emerging Markets and Director, Labor Relations & HR Transformation EMEA, driving HR transformations and fostering a culture of inclusivity and performance.

Prior to Goodyear, Renata held HR leadership positions at Akzo Nobel Coatings and Uponor, where she demonstrated a strong ability to implement strategic HR initiatives and support organizational growth across global markets. Her early career includes a successful stint as HR Director at TC Debica, contributing to transformative HR practices in Poland.
