Amman, Jordan, August 2026 — Ipsos in MENA has announced the appointment of Rania Bader as Managing Director of Ipsos in Jordan and Iraq, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and sector experience across healthcare, public policy, market dynamics, policy evaluation and stakeholder engagement to the role.
In her new position, Bader will lead Ipsos’ operations across Jordan and Iraq, supporting clients while advancing sustainable business growth and strengthening the company’s presence in both markets. Her extensive experience working with public and private-sector stakeholders across Jordan, Iraq and the wider MENA region provides a strong foundation for her new leadership responsibilities.
Prior to joining Ipsos, Bader spent seven years as General Manager, Jordan at IQVIA, where she held full country P&L responsibility and led commercial strategy, market expansion, portfolio management, market access, pricing and tender strategy. She also provided cross-functional leadership across sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and supply chain while developing relationships with government, regulatory and institutional stakeholders. Earlier, she served as Team Lead, Health Workforce Competency at Chemonics International and as Team Lead and Senior Health Policy and Advocacy Advisor at Avenir Health. She also led H2P Consultants as CEO and served as Executive Director of Medical Applications for the Hakeem HIS project at Electronic Health Solutions.
Her career also includes extensive advisory and project leadership work with major international and public-sector organizations. Bader has undertaken multiple assignments with The World Bank, including work on pharmaceutical supply chains, medicine transparency, health-sector reform and pharmaceutical policy. She has also worked with the World Health Organization, UNDP, Health Action International, and the Government of Dubai. Earlier in her career, she served as Director Project Management for a World Bank/JFDA pharmaceutical policy initiative, worked as a Medical Representative at Pfizer, and gained experience as a pharmacist and clinical pharmacist in Canada.
Bader’s academic and professional development complements her extensive healthcare and policy leadership background. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Drug Design and Quality Assurance from Jordan University of Science and Technology. She also studied Health Policies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and completed professional education in Pharmaceutical Policies through the World Health Organization as well as advocacy and communications training through Health Action International/HealthLink.
