North America, August 2026 — Emily Vestal has joined Culligan International as President, Enterprise Dealer Group, taking on a senior leadership mandate focused on strategic growth, dealer performance and strengthening the teams supporting Culligan’s dealer network and brand.
In her new role, Vestal will draw on more than 25 years of experience spanning general management, sales, marketing, commercial strategy and business leadership. Her career has included leadership responsibilities across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and broader international markets, giving her experience in both regional and global commercial organizations.
Before joining Culligan International, Vestal spent more than three years with The Firm of John Dickinson Schneider, Inc., most recently serving as Vice President, The Americas & Distributors. She previously served as Vice President, US Business, with her responsibilities spanning commercial leadership and distributor-focused business development.
Earlier, Vestal built a nearly 16-year career with Hollister Incorporated, progressing through a series of increasingly senior positions. She served as Vice President, Global Marketing, Regional Vice President, North Europe and Global Sales Excellence, General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, National Sales Manager, Western Regional Manager, and Senior Specialist, Ostomy & Wound Care. These assignments provided her with broad experience across global marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales excellence, talent management and regional business leadership.
Vestal began her career in frontline commercial roles, serving as a Sales Representative at Cintas before joining Allergan as Territory Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry from Washington State University and has also pursued an MBA through Kellogg Executive Education. Her combination of scientific education, commercial experience and enterprise leadership will support her new responsibilities as Culligan continues to develop its dealer organization and pursue growth across its markets.
