Bangkok, Thailand, August 2025 – Anyamanee Ratanasupakorn has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Reignwood Thailand. In this role, she will lead the people agenda for the organization, focusing on talent strategy, employee experience, and HR leadership across Reignwood’s diverse businesses in Thailand.
Prior to joining Reignwood, Anyamanee served as Vice President Human Resources at MQDC – Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (The Aspen Tree), where she spent more than two years leading HR strategy to support the company’s innovative real estate projects.
Before that, she was with Chiva-Som International Health Resorts Co., Ltd. as Assistant Corporate HR Director for over four years. In this role, she strengthened HR systems and practices to align with the luxury wellness resort’s international standards.
Earlier, she worked as an HR & Service Quality Training Consultant (Freelance), advising organizations across industries including hospitality, banking, real estate, and lifestyle sectors. During this period, she provided consultation and training for renowned entities such as Siam Commercial Bank, Banyan Tree Residences, Marque Sukhumvit, and Singha Park Chiang Rai.
Her leadership experience also includes serving as Group HR Manager at Sri panwa, Phuket, where she managed HR operations for one of Thailand’s premier luxury resorts, and as Talent Development Manager at Marriott Hotels in Bangkok.
Going further back, Anyamanee held key HR and training roles at Asset World Corporation, COMO Metropolitan London, TRSC International LASIK Centre, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, gaining rich experience across global and Thai hospitality and service organizations. With over two decades in HR and service quality leadership, she brings unmatched expertise in people development and organizational excellence.
