Atlanta, Georgia, United States, April 2026 – Burgette White has joined Tarkett Sports as Vice President – Human Resources, bringing extensive global HR leadership experience to support the company’s continued growth and transformation.
In her new role, Burgette will lead the development and execution of the organization’s people strategy, focusing on aligning talent, culture, and organizational capability with business priorities and long-term growth objectives. She will work closely with senior leadership to translate business strategy into scalable HR solutions and build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Prior to joining Tarkett Sports, Burgette White held senior leadership roles at The Adecco Group, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of HR Americas. In this role, she led the people strategy for a multi-billion-dollar business, partnering with executive leadership to support growth, acquisitions, integration, and operating model transformation.
Earlier at Adecco, she served as Vice President Human Resources, North America, where she played a key role in organizational redesign, workforce planning, and building a performance-driven culture, while improving productivity and talent outcomes.
Before Adecco, Burgette spent time at AECOM, where she held leadership roles including Senior Director, HR Business Leader and Director, Talent Management (Americas). During her tenure, she led global HR transformation initiatives, workforce analytics implementation, succession planning frameworks, and talent strategy execution across large, complex organizations.
She also held HR leadership roles at Mölnlycke and Kimberly-Clark, where she focused on global talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce transformation across multiple geographies.
Burgette began her career with foundational HR roles at Chevron, Delta Air Lines, and Target, building strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
An alumna of Emory University – Goizueta Business School, she holds an MBA in Strategy, Organization & Management.
