Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – Page Industries Ltd., the exclusive licensee of Jockey International, Inc. and Speedo International Ltd. in India and select international markets, has appointed Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In this pivotal role, Rajkumar will lead the entire People & Culture charter, driving workforce strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development to accelerate Page Industries’ people-centric transformation and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Page Industries, Benjamin Felix Rajkumar served as the Chief People Officer at CaratLane – A TATA Product, where he led the end-to-end HR function for the rapidly growing omni-channel jewellery brand. During his tenure of nearly five years, including his time as Vice President & Head of People Function, he played a significant role in aligning talent strategies with business expansion and digital transformation.
Before his stint at CaratLane, Rajkumar had an extensive 11-year career at Titan Company Limited, another Tata Group organization. He most recently led the Corporate HR Business Partnering team, and earlier, he anchored the Leadership Development vertical, crafting enterprise-wide programs to build a leadership pipeline across levels. His experience at Titan also spanned business HR responsibilities for a division, deepening his understanding of operational HR and employee engagement.
Rajkumar began his professional journey at Titan Company Limited as a Management Trainee, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles over the years. His deep exposure to business-aligned HR strategies, combined with a strong foundation in people development and culture building, sets him apart as a transformational HR leader.
An engineering graduate from Anna University and a PGDM holder from XLRI Jamshedpur, Rajkumar brings over 16 years of experience in HR leadership across talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational change.
