Emad joins Bleuwave following a 9-year tenure at US LBM, where he most recently served as HR Director for a $2 billion region covering over 3,000 employees across 100+ locations. In this role, he led a field HR team of 11 professionals and partnered with regional leaders to implement business-aligned HR strategies, oversee M&A integration, and drive performance through robust workforce planning and operational excellence.
