Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Altimetrik has appointed Sayali Patankar as Director – Learning and Development. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s learning and capability development agenda, driving enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development, workforce upskilling, and future-ready talent initiatives that support Altimetrik’s continued growth as an AI-native engineering company.
Sayali brings nearly two decades of experience in learning and development, talent capability building, learning operations, organizational development, and workforce transformation across global technology, consulting, healthcare, and business services organizations.
Prior to joining Altimetrik, she served as Senior Group Manager at WNS, where she partnered with business leaders across Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance to design and execute strategic learning initiatives aligned with business priorities and capability development.
Before WNS, she spent over three years with PwC Acceleration Centers, progressing from Senior Consultant – Learning & Development to Manager – Learning & Development, leading enterprise learning programs, capability-building initiatives, and learning transformation projects supporting global teams.
Earlier, Sayali served as Learning and Development Lead at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where she partnered with business leaders across Europe, the Nordics, Emerging Markets, and South Africa to drive learning strategy, workforce reskilling, technical capability development, vendor management, learning operations, compliance, and organization-wide capability initiatives.
Prior to LTI, she worked as a Training Specialist at CompuCom, strengthening global learning operations, onboarding programs, training needs analysis, learning management systems, and vendor management.
She also spent more than five years with iNautix Technologies as Senior Training Executive, managing enterprise learning programs, campus onboarding, technical and behavioral learning, learning operations, and large-scale employee development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Sayali held learning leadership roles at Allscripts India as Training Coordinator and Allscripts as Education Executive, where she managed learning administration, client education, certification programs, learning systems, vendor management, and employee capability development across multiple locations.
She began her professional journey as a Recruitment Coordinator with Mac Consultant and also completed a project internship with ABB, where she worked on performance management systems.
Sayali holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from the Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research, Pune University.
In her new role at Altimetrik, she will lead learning and development strategy, strengthen organizational capability, accelerate workforce transformation, and help build future-ready skills that support the company’s AI-first growth agenda.
