Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has appointed Sonalika Yadav as Director – Managing Partners Office & Special Projects. In her new role, she will support the firm’s strategic priorities by driving special projects, partnering closely with the Managing Partners’ Office, and advancing initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership, and long-term business growth.
Sonalika joins the firm with nearly two decades of experience spanning human resources, organizational leadership, talent strategy, business partnering, and enterprise transformation. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in leadership development, organizational capability, culture transformation, and aligning people strategy with business objectives across global professional services organizations.
Prior to joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Sonalika spent nearly thirteen years with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director, leading strategic HR initiatives and partnering with senior business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.
Earlier at BCG, she served as Senior Manager – Human Resources Development, where she led leadership development and organizational capability initiatives. Before that, she held the positions of Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager – Human Resources, supporting talent management, business partnering, employee development, and HR transformation across the firm’s India operations.
During an earlier stint with Boston Consulting Group, Sonalika worked in both London and Mumbai, serving as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant Manager – Human Resources, gaining valuable international exposure while supporting talent and HR initiatives across multiple geographies.
Before joining BCG, Sonalika worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where she advised organizations on consulting engagements while building experience in business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Sonalika has also completed the CHRO Leadership Program at Cornell University and holds a Master’s in Labour Law & Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
In her new role at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, she will contribute to advancing strategic initiatives, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting the firm’s continued growth as one of India’s leading full-service law firms.
