Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Ashveen Kaur has moved into the role of Chief of Staff to the CHRO & Deputy General Manager HRBP at Schneider Electric, marking another significant milestone in her progressive HR leadership journey within the organization.
Since joining Schneider Electric nearly four years ago, Ashveen has steadily advanced through multiple strategic HR and DEI leadership roles, including Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Senior Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Deputy General Manager DEI and HRBP.
In these roles, she played a critical part in strengthening diversity, equity, inclusion, and business partnering strategies while supporting enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Ashveen spent five years with Tata Consultancy Services, where she served as both HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist, building strong foundational expertise in HR strategy, talent engagement, and inclusion.
She also completed her MBA at Christ University, Bangalore, along with an internship at PepsiCo, further shaping her strategic people leadership profile.
